Paste in your entrants, press spin, and the giveaway picker draws a winner at random. Every name gets the same chance.
Your browser's secure random tool picks the winner before the wheel starts to move. You can show the draw on screen, and nobody can say it was fixed.
This tool draws from a list you give it. It does not read comments or check who followed whom. To run an Instagram giveaway:
Check Instagram's current promotion rules and the laws where you live before you run any giveaway. The rules differ by platform and country.
A giveaway feels fair when people can see how it works. Do these things.
If you give extra chances for extra actions, add that person's name more than once and say so in the rules. The more times a name is on the list, the better its odds. Make that clear, or you will get arguments.

Run a monthly prize draw from customers who entered. Check your local rules.
With N entries and one prize, each person has a 1 in N chance. With 100 entrants, that is 1%. With 50, it is 2%.
For several prizes drawn one by one with no repeats, a person's chance of winning one is the number of prizes divided by N. With 5 prizes and 100 entrants, that is 5%.
We cannot give legal advice. Rules for giveaways, prize draws and raffles differ a lot by country, state and platform. Some places treat a draw where entrants pay as gambling. Check local law and the platform's rules before you start. The wheel is a fair way to pick. It is not legal clearance.
For a different kind of draw, see draw names or the random number wheel.
